How it works

ChesterPost have accounts with a number of large courier firms.

All orders are processed automatically through this site, there is no need for any paperwork or the need for you to take the parcel to a depot, the courier will come to you. We will book your order with the courier who can come to you the quickest.

The services offered on this website are the exactly the same if you were to book direct, just cheaper.

When you have placed the order you will be emailed a receipt and a tracking number will be given once the parcel is picked up by the driver.


Booking Process

• Click on 'Quote & Book' on the menu above
  
• Enter the destination and package details
  
• Select the service you require
  
• The level of insurance required (up to £500 maximum)
  
• Enter the collection and delivery addresses
  
• Select the collection date (unfortunately we can not specify times)
  
• Enter your payment card details on the secure payment page.
  
• You will receive a confirmation email and receipt.
  
• On the chosen day, wait for your collection!
